Fitness Friday's: Holiday Fatigue Setting in?

Aloha Polers and Pole Supporters!! It's Fitness Friday and today's topic is Holiday Fatigue!


You're probably thinking, Holiday Fatigue?  What's that?  Holiday Fatigue to me is that feeling you get during the Holiday's when you are overly stuffed, stressed or lacking sleep and you just do not have the  urge to get your workout on anymore.  I have totally been here and HATE IT!  There are many ways to keep the Holiday Fatigue away!  Here are some tips that have personally helped me:

  • Eat normally!  Just because it is the Holiday's doesn't mean it's okay to eat whatever you want and you be the same.  Majority of Holiday foods cause this fatigue.  Stay smart and eat more healthy than Holiday:)
  • Breathe!  Stress is a given during this time for many reasons.  Remember, take a couple of deep breaths and let it go:)
  • Workout!  Working out will help with relieving your stress and will also give you energy:)
  • Time Management!  Time management is very important and more so during the Holiday's.  Make sure to manage your time well and get done what needs to get done especially sleep:)
  • Holiday Chocolates & Cookies are NOT a meal!  No replacing meals for these treats, you need all the nutrients you can get now:)
  • Treat yourself!  Treat yourself to a relaxing massage or facial, you deserve it:)
  • POLE!  get your pole on and all is well;)
These are just tips that helped me but many more out there:).  Regardless, take care of yourselves this Holiday Season and your bodies will take care of you.  Have a wonderful Holiday Season!
