Estee Zakar's Pole Conditioning & Strength Tricks!!!

Aloha Polers and Pole Supporters!!!  More Las Vegas Pole Expo Recap for you!  Today I am recapping on Estee's Pole Conditioning & Strength Tricks Workshop!!!

For all who have not heard of Estee....OMG!  Estee Zakar is AMAZING!  One look at her and you know she has strength and after watching her perform, even though you expected it, you are amazed at the strength this cute petite woman has!!  Not too mention, she also has the sweetest and most energetic personality.  Her workshop was one of the first workshop's on Saturday morning and let's just say...thank goodness we did not go out the night before because it was intense in all the right areas:)!  She started the workshop off with a warm up consisting of plyo (jumping lunges, etc.) and some stretches to help us get going and that she did!  After this so called warm up (some thing some people would call 'The Workout' lol) we moved on to the conditioning.  At first we all despise conditioning but grow to love it because we know how IMPORTANT it is!  Estee showed us a lot of pole conditioning we could add to our routines to help us strengthen for certain moves such as the Shoulder Mount, Iron X, etc.  She also told us that she sometimes brings her Personal Training clients over to the pole for strengthening too because she thinks you get so much from using the pole for strengthening:).  She was such a great instructor making sure that everyone got the help they needed and answered all questions anyone had.  Providing modifications for the conditioning as well as properly demonstrating how to do the moves.  All this is important because at times we may think we are doing a specific move correctly when we could be endangering ourselves.  She made everyone feel comfortable with the level they were at which is also a great quality for an instructor and in Estee's case...a Polefessional!

Overall, Estee's workshop was amazing!  I almost couldn't walk after all the lunges (my fault, I should work on those ;) ) but I left her workshop feeling like I learned sooo much and felt more confident going into the advanced moves she went over!  If you ever get the chance take a workshop or class from Estee....it is more than worth it!

have a happy Tuesday!!!
